It finally occurred to me that I should check the store on the SEN site. I found the content I had redeemed codes for and I was able to download them to my PS The CoD: Ghosts content went through without a hitch though.

Here you can choose the items and download them to your console. If your DLC is for a game not yet released the code may only work after the game has. My pre-ordered AC Unity came with two redeemable content codes - so naturally, I decided to enter one after the other.
When I clicked download it crashed so i waited a while. Now that things are more stable, I tried redeeming the same code again, it says it has already been used. I looked in my library and the beta is listed there but when I click on it, no info comes up and there is no option to download it, and it has not been downloaded yet.
